May 01, 2010 - Released a short "making of" for the Akira short film. It's just a simple breakdown for some of the key shots in the short. I have been recently busy with work so haven't had much time to put out other content, but there will be two music videos I am hoping to help create within the next couple of months and maybe more stuff as well. Stay tuned.
February 16, 2010 - Akira: The Kaneda Short Film, Synesthesia, and Greed and Instinct will be part of the visuals for the Fly Ball at the Grand Star Jazz Club in Chinatown. So if you live around the Southland stop by for some live music, artistic media and artwork (indoor and outdoor)!
January 23, 2010 - Akira: The Kaneda Short Film out now! New photos too! This was the most work I have put into an Eye Tape Film yet, maybe with the exception of Dusty. Thanks to everyone who helped me out. Johnny, Serg, Ivan and all the rest of you made this possible. Enjoy!
January 8, 2010 - So the Akira short is almost done, but I still have to shoot 1-2 more scenes, so to hold you over here's a video of some Los Angeles bike crews riding and stunting. Thanks Elliot for driving, you were scary but got the job done.

November 26, 2009 - So here's an update on what's been going on with Eye Tape. After reading a recent online article about a live action adaptation of Akira (the 1988 anime classic) and how it may or may not be made after much talk over the past few years, I wanted to try my best to create my own trailer. I'm trying to take a more modern approach as opposed to the original futuristic setting. Believe it or not, I had a hard time finding bikers and props, but everything seems to be falling into place now. Stay tuned for pictures! ...Oh yeah and have a great holiday!
October 3, 2009 - There has been somewhat of a lull in shorts due to some complications in finding actors and what not. On a lighter note, if you are in San Francisco on October 17 or 18, you can catch me and the gang at the Alternate Press Expo. July 21, 2009 - So I finally got Elliot's work on Point Break Live captured and ready for your viewing pleasure! Check it out HERE! In other news, the mariachi music video is on hiatus if not totally canned. One of the band members (the youngest one) quit the band because his friends said he looked gay in mariachi wear. I can't believe you could convince yourself that your own culture is lame!

June 9, 2009 - So there has been a little lull lately with releases, so here is some information on what has been going on. First off, Elliot starring in Point Break Live is begging to be released, but I'm waiting on David to rip the vhs tape so I can edit it. This week I am working on a small piece at the Discovery Science Center with Kaba Modern, so hopefully that turns out fun. Also in the works is a music video for a mariachi band that will air on Telemundo 52 locally. I'll be sure to release the word when they debut!
April 16, 2009 - So if you haven't heard yet, Greed and Instinct will be playing at the Los Angeles United Film Festival on May 2, 4:15pm, at Los Feliz 3 Cinemas. For more information check here.
April 4, 2009 - New release, Synesthesia. I think I went overboard on this one. After watching it over twice, I felt kind of dizzy. A special thanks to Dex Digital of Mixtapeshow.net for supplying me with the great music of suhBURB. In other news, Elliot F. went with us to watch the show Point Break Live! at the Dragonfly and he played Keanu Reeves! It is his best performance to date! Hopefully David P. can capture the VHS tape so I can post it soon...
February 24, 2009 - New release, Greed and Instinct. Finally, the first short of 2009, and along with it comes some technical improvements. This is the first short created with a 35mm lens adapter for my high definition camera. Also, in addition to sharper image it is the first short recorded with my new shotgun microphone. Enjoy!

December 9, 2008 - New release, Schema. Eye Tape's longest short so far! Well, best holiday wishes to all the viewers of our stuff, I don't really know when there will be another release, but there will be more on their way as soon as I get my right brain working again! I think I have been drinking too much! (Or maybe not enough) Happy holy days!
November 22, 2008 - New release, Dusty. This is not exactly a new release, but more of a "new" release because it was actually completed about two years ago while I was in college up in Tennessee. I hope you like it, because a lot of reactions I have witnessed first hand have been mixed. On another note, new photos added to the gallery from my trip to China! Expect sometime in December for the short on China to be released.
October 4, 2008 - New release, Sophisticate Deteriorate. Hope you guys enjoy watching four other guys sitting around and talking. Its pretty homoerotic!
September 26, 2008 - So there are going to be new shorts debuting in the coming months all the way through December. I will try my best to inform our limited audience of what is up and coming. Expect Sophisticate Deteriorate to debut in October, with Dusty in November, and the short on China in December. On another note, I fixed the contact email which works now.
